There is a German program called: GPS - Track - Analyse
It analyses your track. And give nice 3D images. On gps-freeware.de you can find more information. (in German)
You can use babelfish to translate also.
Download GTA.

Download GTA and the update.
When you install on windows ( 2000 or lower )you could get some troubles
| after you installed the program you will get the following screen |
| now you can open a track file. The program doesn't understand routes or waypoints. |

click on open *.gpx or better use the third button to open *.txt. Make sure that you saved the gpx or txt in the right position. (Garmin , MapSource , WGS 84 , hddd°mm.mmm' , txt) you can change it under "Datei> einstellungen" |

| click on the track this opened in GTA. It will draw a 2D track profile. Use de tab that says "3D standaard" now you get a 3D view of the track. when you use the tab "3D rotation" you get a 3D rotating view. |
